Villa Alcalde
A luxurious villa with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in Macher – a small, quiet place not far from the popular beaches of Puerto del Carmen.
The elevated position of the villa allows for wonderful views of the sea and the sunset behind the magnificent volcanic landscape of the island.
Lovingly restored and modernised, Villa Alcalde offers a bright living area, a modern kitchen, 7 comfortable bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. There is a cosy additional room that can be used as an extra bedroom. This allows the villa to accommodate up to 16 people.
Set on a plot of around 1,200 m², there is a heated pool, a jacuzzi, sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue area. The pool is a little deeper and is framed by classic Canarian walls. The inspiration for the “sunken” pool was provided by Cesar Manrique through his earlier works.

Lanzarote
Lanzarote forms the northeasternmost outpost of the Canarian archipelago. Only about 11 km to the south of Lanzarote is the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. To the north lie the small islands of the Chinijo Archipelago: La Craciosa, Montanña Clara, Alegranza, Roque del Oeste, and Roque del Este.
All of these belong to Lanzarote and are, with the exception of La Graciosa, uninhabited. Up until very recently, La Graciosa could not even obtain the status of an island.
Lanzarote has over 213 km of coastline, of which 10 km are sandy and 16 km are rocky beaches. The island’s natural bounty is incomparable, and was recognized by UNESCO when it designated Lanzarote, the first island of its kind, a biosphere reserve in 1993.
