With a modern and luxurious atmosphere, the villa spread over two levels meets all your wishes.
The first level, next to the pool, has an open kitchen, a cosy living area, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small private terrace, as well as a double bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom. Directly in front of the living area there is a beautiful dining area overlooking the pool.
The lower level of the villa is reached via a staircase adjacent to the pool area and has an independent flat with a small kitchen, a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
The division of the bedrooms over the two levels ensures sufficient privacy during your holiday.
The focal point of the outdoor area is the private pool (8 m x 4 m). The pool has a 2 m² platform with shallow water, which allows sunbathing in the water or a perfect place for small children to swim. Furthermore, there are comfortable sun loungers, a barbecue and a lounge for relaxed and restful days in the holiday home.
Right next door is the villa Sunrise B. In total, both villas offer space for up to 12 people.
Lanzarote forms the northeasternmost outpost of the Canarian archipelago. Only about 11 km to the south of Lanzarote is the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. To the north lie the small islands of the Chinijo Archipelago: La Craciosa, Montanña Clara, Alegranza, Roque del Oeste, and Roque del Este.
All of these belong to Lanzarote and are, with the exception of La Graciosa, uninhabited. Up until very recently, La Graciosa could not even obtain the status of an island.
Lanzarote has over 213 km of coastline, of which 10 km are sandy and 16 km are rocky beaches. The island’s natural bounty is incomparable, and was recognized by UNESCO when it designated Lanzarote, the first island of its kind, a biosphere reserve in 1993.
