Villa Simone is a luxury villa on Fuerteventura, lovingly designed by its owner. It blends vintage furniture, designer pieces, and personal travel mementos, which lends the villa a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Located on the tranquil edge of the popular village of Lajares, the villa offers exceptional architecture and privacy. At the same time, it maintains a close connection to nature. Therefore, it is the perfect sanctuary for design lovers and anyone seeking peace and quiet.
Sustainability & Concept
Moreover, the villa follows a carefully planned eco-friendly energy concept. It generates electricity through an expansive solar panel system. In addition, it filters and reuses wastewater to irrigate the garden. Consequently, it represents sustainable living at its finest.
Living Spaces & Comfort
Natural light fills the villa, which offers around 160 m² of living space. Overall, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. At its heart, you will find a spacious open-plan living area with high ceilings. From here, you have direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, the sleek modern kitchen features high-end appliances and flows seamlessly into the dining area.
The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the upper floor, the master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Meanwhile, the two additional bedrooms are located downstairs. Each of them includes twin beds that you can easily combine into a double if desired. In addition, both rooms have their own private bathrooms.
Outdoor Living & Leisure
Outside, the heated pool invites you to swim and relax. Meanwhile, the sun terrace features comfortable loungers. For outdoor dining, a gas barbecue is also available. Thus, you can fully enjoy al fresco evenings. Additionally, Villa Simone is ideal for yoga retreats. The terrace and garden provide space for up to 15 yoga mats. Therefore, it is perfectly suited for group activities and wellness stays.
Privacy & Layout
Next door, you will find the smaller sister property, Villa Colette. However, both villas remain completely separate in layout and design. Even when both properties are occupied, your privacy is fully maintained. The garden and pool remain exclusively reserved for guests of Villa Simone.

Wir haben 12 wundervolle Tage in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht, Johanna war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, bis ins letzte Detail mit Stil durchdacht. Besonders genossen haben wir auch den Pool und die wunderschöne Aussicht . Wir haben die Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Ich kann die Villa wärmstens empfehlen!

Fui con mi marido y mi hija y es justo lo que buscábamos. Zona súper tranquila perfecta para desconectar. La casa es increíble, súper bonita y perfectamente equipada. Anne fue una anfitriona perfecta y nos facilitó muchísimo tanto la llegada como la salida. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Fuerteventura. Muchísimas gracias

Great villa - very modern, good privacy, great views, very well equipped and the pool was just amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and Johanna took very well care of us with check-in, check-out and logistics. Can fully recommend!
Fuerteventura
Fuerteventura, with a total area of 1.660 km², is the second largest island of the Canaries and, with its beginnings dating back 20.6 million years, the oldest in the archipelago.
Its highest elevation reaches 807 meters above sea level, on the summit of Pico de la Zarza.
Above all, it’s Fuerteventura’s sand dunes that ally it most closely with North Africa.
At its narrowest point, the island measures just 5 km wide, a natural waistline that divides the island into the northern section of “Maxorata” and the southern area “Jandía”.
