Villa Simone is a stylish retreat lovingly designed by its owners, blending vintage furniture, designer pieces, and personal travel mementos to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Set on the tranquil edge of the popular holiday village of Lajares, the villa combines exceptional architecture, privacy, and a close connection to nature, the perfect sanctuary for design lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
Thanks to a carefully considered eco-friendly energy concept, the villa is entirely self-sufficient: electricity is generated via an expansive solar panel system, and wastewater is filtered and repurposed to irrigate the garden, sustainable living at its finest.
Flooded with natural light, the villa offers around 160 m² of living space and comfortably accommodates up to six people. At its heart is a spacious open-plan living area with high ceilings and direct access to the terrace. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area.
There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom, located on the upper floor, features a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, the two further bedrooms each have twin beds that can be joined to form doubles if desired, both rooms also have their own private bathrooms.
The heated pool is perfect for both swimming and relaxing, while the sun terrace is equipped with loungers for soaking up the sunshine. A gas barbecue adds the finishing touch for al fresco evenings.
Villa Simone is also ideal for yoga retreats, with space for up to 15 yoga mats on the terrace or in the garden.
Next door, but completely separate in both layout and appearance, is Villa Simone’s smaller sister, Villa Colette. Even when both properties are occupied, privacy is fully maintained, with the garden and pool reserved exclusively for guests of Villa Simone.

Wir haben 12 wundervolle Tage in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht, Johanna war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, bis ins letzte Detail mit Stil durchdacht. Besonders genossen haben wir auch den Pool und die wunderschöne Aussicht . Wir haben die Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Ich kann die Villa wärmstens empfehlen!

Fui con mi marido y mi hija y es justo lo que buscábamos. Zona súper tranquila perfecta para desconectar. La casa es increíble, súper bonita y perfectamente equipada. Anne fue una anfitriona perfecta y nos facilitó muchísimo tanto la llegada como la salida. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Fuerteventura. Muchísimas gracias

Great villa - very modern, good privacy, great views, very well equipped and the pool was just amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and Johanna took very well care of us with check-in, check-out and logistics. Can fully recommend!
Fuerteventura
Fuerteventura, with a total area of 1.660 km², is the second largest island of the Canaries and, with its beginnings dating back 20.6 million years, the oldest in the archipelago.
Its highest elevation reaches 807 meters above sea level, on the summit of Pico de la Zarza.
Above all, it’s Fuerteventura’s sand dunes that ally it most closely with North Africa.
At its narrowest point, the island measures just 5 km wide, a natural waistline that divides the island into the northern section of “Maxorata” and the southern area “Jandía”.
