Villa Aventura is located on a 2,000 m² site in Lajares, in the north of Fuerteventura and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden a with private swimming pool.
The open-plan living area connects the fully equipped kitchen, the cosy living area and the dining area. Furthermore, large windows provide plenty of natural light and create a friendly, bright atmosphere throughout the day.
The two comfortable bedrooms are each equipped with double beds (160 cm x 200 cm), and there are also two bathrooms, each with a shower.
The outdoor area provides many spots to relax, whether you prefer sitting by the large private pool or resting on the covered terrace. You can also enjoy the quiet garden lounge during the warm island evenings. However, the location of the villa is just as impressive as the property itself. Lajares is the heart of the north, famous for its laid-back surf culture and artisan atmosphere. You will find local cafes, restaurants, and shops within easy reach of the house.
Moreover, the property serves as a perfect base for exploring the diverse landscapes of the north of Fuerteventura. The stunning white sandy beaches of El Cotillo are only a short drive away. Similarly, you can reach the famous dunes and turquoise waters of Corralejo in about fifteen minutes. Therefore, the villa offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the island’s most beautiful spots. You will enjoy the balance between a private sanctuary and the local life of this unique surf village.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.Auch Merle vor Ort hat sich super gekümmert und hatte gute Tipps. Danke!

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus ist toll, wie auf den Fotos, sehr großer und schöner Pool! Man hat seine Privatsphäre und kann die Sonne und Ruhe genießen. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Lajares mit Supermarkt und netten Cafés, Restaurants. Super Ausgangspunk, um mit dem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkundigen. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank am Merle, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und auch zwischendurch immer für Fragen erreichbar war!

Wir hatten uns schon sehr auf diese Reise gefreut und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und bietet sogar noch einen wundervollen Arbeitsplatz - mit Blick auf den sagenhaft großen Pool! Die Küche hat alles, was wir gebraucht haben - und wir haben viel gekocht. Der Supermarkt ist bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen - wie auch die Cafés, Restaurants und Shops von Lajares. Vor Ort hat uns Merle empfangen, den Schlüssel gegeben und überhaupt bei jeder Frage weitergeholfen - vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Hier einige freie Tage zu verbringen, ist eine unbedingte Empfehlung! Und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Fuerteventura
Fuerteventura, with a total area of 1.660 km², is the second largest island of the Canaries and, with its beginnings dating back 20.6 million years, the oldest in the archipelago.
Its highest elevation reaches 807 meters above sea level, on the summit of Pico de la Zarza.
Above all, it’s Fuerteventura’s sand dunes that ally it most closely with North Africa.
At its narrowest point, the island measures just 5 km wide, a natural waistline that divides the island into the northern section of “Maxorata” and the southern area “Jandía”.
