Newly built luxury villa in Puerto Calero, decorated and equipped for an upscale vacation in Lanzarote.
The spacious villa has 160 m² with three bedrooms with private TV, two bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
In the master bedroom there is an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet providing ample storage space for your clothes, as well as a small private terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as the living area is equipped with south facing, glass walls. This creates a modern and bright living ambience with direct access to the terrace, which merges with the living and dining area.
Furthermore, there is central air conditioning throughout the house, which can be regulated separately for each room.
In the outdoor area you will find a private pool with counter-current system, a solar outdoor shower, sun loungers and a barbecue. During the winter months, the pool heating is activated to guarantee year-round enjoyment of the pool.
The villa is located in a quiet area, but only ten minutes’ walk from the marina.
In the immediate vicinity is the Villa Taboire B. In total, the two villas can accommodate up to 12 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Taboire 5 – the villa was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The private pool and peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true luxury escape. A perfect base for exploring Lanzarote – we’ll definitely be back!

The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Our kids loved the amazing pool area. Located in a quiet part of Puerto Calero, very private and not overlooked. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a great location, it’s quiet and peaceful, the sports centre opposite is great and it is easy walking distance to restaurants. The communication was great from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return. Thanks!
Lanzarote
Lanzarote forms the northeasternmost outpost of the Canarian archipelago. Only about 11 km to the south of Lanzarote is the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. To the north lie the small islands of the Chinijo Archipelago: La Craciosa, Montanña Clara, Alegranza, Roque del Oeste, and Roque del Este.
All of these belong to Lanzarote and are, with the exception of La Graciosa, uninhabited. Up until very recently, La Graciosa could not even obtain the status of an island.
Lanzarote has over 213 km of coastline, of which 10 km are sandy and 16 km are rocky beaches. The island’s natural bounty is incomparable, and was recognized by UNESCO when it designated Lanzarote, the first island of its kind, a biosphere reserve in 1993.
