The holiday home sits in a peaceful setting, not far from the charming village of Lajares.
The open-plan living area combines a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an inviting dining space and a comfortable sofa. Additionally, large floor-to-ceiling windows open up to the outdoor area, creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor living.
The bedrooms are spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there are two bright bedrooms with tasteful design as well as a modern bathroom. Meanwhile, the upper floor features the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It offers a private retreat with lovely views of the surrounding landscape.
The outdoor area features a heated private pool, framed by a beautiful terrace with palm trees and cozy seating areas. Sun loungers and an outdoor dining space invite you to relax and enjoy leisurely hours.
Just a few minutes away is Lajares, with its relaxed cafés, varied restaurants, and shopping options. In about 10 minutes by car, you can also reach the coastal village of El Cotillo, known for its endless, stunning beaches ideal for swimming and surfing, as well as excellent fish restaurants right by the sea. In the other direction lies Corralejo, which delights visitors with its expansive beaches, famous sand dunes, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops for strolling and enjoyment.

Fuerteventura
Fuerteventura, with a total area of 1.660 km², is the second largest island of the Canaries and, with its beginnings dating back 20.6 million years, the oldest in the archipelago.
Its highest elevation reaches 807 meters above sea level, on the summit of Pico de la Zarza.
