Villa Cascada
This modern property sets new standards for luxury with a private heated pool, a beautiful tropical garden and a jacuzzi.
The key features of this villa are the modern design, clean lines, and the spacious and open living room with lots of natural light.
The Villa Cascada has a cosy living area with a dining table and a modern kitchen. These rooms are located on different levels which creates the impression of separate spaces, despite the open design.
In the right wing of the villa, there are two comfortable and fully furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the left wing there is a utility room, the master bedroom and two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have comfortable beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
Outside the villa you will find a terrace on several levels, perfect for the whole family, for socialising, sunbathing or relaxing. There is also a heated pool and a jacuzzi.

Had a fantastic stay at this villa! The location was perfect - close to the beach and 10/15 min walk from town centre. The villa itself was modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. Highly recommend.

This is a five star villa with individual architecture, spotlessly clean, well equipped and well maintained. The pool area is especially nice with lovely palm tress providing shade and shelter. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. If you are hoping for a peaceful stay you need to know there is a large holiday park next door which sometimes has musical entertainment on which can get noisy.

A beautiful villa, in a great location easily walkable to Playa Blanca beach. The pool was great for children and a lovely temperature. The villa provides lots of pool toys and the whole property and garden is big enough for 3 families to have their own space if needed. The kitchen and baths/showers were excellent and as described and the very large living room worked very well for us ( 6 adults a 2 year old and a baby ) although we spent very little time indoors! The air con was very good with no issues. An excellent "welcome pack" of food/milk etc was also provided. In summary , a great holiday villa, very well managed and we always had a super fast and effective response to any questions we had. The immediate area has a very pleasant residential "feel" and we would certainly re-book. Having rented a large number of holiday properties over the years, the professionalism and response from the management company is probably the best I have ever had.
Lanzarote
Lanzarote forms the northeasternmost outpost of the Canarian archipelago. Only about 11 km to the south of Lanzarote is the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. To the north lie the small islands of the Chinijo Archipelago: La Craciosa, Montanña Clara, Alegranza, Roque del Oeste, and Roque del Este.
All of these belong to Lanzarote and are, with the exception of La Graciosa, uninhabited. Up until very recently, La Graciosa could not even obtain the status of an island.
Lanzarote has over 213 km of coastline, of which 10 km are sandy and 16 km are rocky beaches. The island’s natural bounty is incomparable, and was recognized by UNESCO when it designated Lanzarote, the first island of its kind, a biosphere reserve in 1993.
