The newly built Villa California boasts stylish interiors, a private pool and a majestic terrace.
The open plan design combines a comfortable living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen. In the cooler months, the cosy fireplace is the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
The villa has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. A ‘floating’ staircase takes you to the upper floor of the house. There is a study area with access to the roof terrace. The perfect place to combine holidaying and work.
The covered terrace with dining table and lounge extends out from the living area. Whether relaxing by the private pool, on the sun loungers or under the shady wooden canopy of the terrace – you are sure to find the perfect place to unwind.

Wunderschönes Haus. Geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ruhig gelegen. Alles sehr sauber. Der freundliche Geist Renato im Hintergrund war sehr hilfsbereit und antwortete sehr schnell. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und professionell. Besonders empfehlen können wir auch den Massage Service. Die Masseurin kommt direkt ins Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben 8 Tage in dieser fantastischen Villa verbracht. Alles ist wie beschrieben und blitzsauber. Bei der Ankunft standen Wasser, Tee und Kaffeekapseln für die ersten Tage bereit. Die Lage ist toll, fußläufig sind verschiedene Restaurants und ein Supermarkt gut erreichbar und trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig. Dei Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht um sich auch mal selbst bekochen zu können. Bequeme Betten, flauschige Handtücher und Bademäntel, Pflegeprodukte und Haartrockner. Der Außenbereich mit der überdachten Terrasse und der Pool waren perfekt um das schöne Wetter zu genießen. Das Sonos Soundsystem und ein Netflix Zugang runden die Ausstattung ab. Sollten wir Fuerteventura noch einmal besuchen, wäre diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder unsere erste Wahl. Vielen Dank auch für die unkomplizierte Komunikation per WhattsApp.
Fuerteventura
Fuerteventura, with a total area of 1.660 km², is the second largest island of the Canaries and, with its beginnings dating back 20.6 million years, the oldest in the archipelago.
Its highest elevation reaches 807 meters above sea level, on the summit of Pico de la Zarza.
Above all, it’s Fuerteventura’s sand dunes that ally it most closely with North Africa.
At its narrowest point, the island measures just 5 km wide, a natural waistline that divides the island into the northern section of “Maxorata” and the southern area “Jandía”.
